Customer Success Manager
Cognitive ToyBox is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our Head Start and PreK programs. We are seeking candidates who want to help us define the educator support experience from the ground-up and ensure that all teachers have the tools they need to support their students and families.
The ideal Customer Success Manager thrives in a fast-paced work environment and approaches customer support through a data-driven lens. A typical day may include leading a training in a classroom of Head Start teachers, creating support documents and materials to support a new product release, and reporting to the team on the qualitative and quantitative feedback you have discovered to improve the quality of the product.
Our Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring that early childhood educators can use Cognitive ToyBox successfully and work closely with the product and sales team to ensure that schools continue to renew Cognitive ToyBox year-over-year. Job Requirements:
- Excited to work with teachers and school administrators on a daily basis
- Bachelor's Degree (open to graduating seniors - would be an intern to full-time hire)
- Ability to work with a small team and communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
- Proficient Spanish speaking and writing ability - Not required but strongly preferred
