Touch and Feel Game
Source: PBS KIDS
Explore the properties of objects with your child during his morning or bedtime routine with a five-minute guessing game. Ask him to choose four or five familiar items from the bedroom or bathroom (like a washcloth, a comb, a plastic cup, a toothbrush and a bar of soap). Put the items in a bag and take turns feeling and describing them one at a time. Ask questions like Is it cold or warm? Is it soft or hard? Is it smooth or rough? What do you think it is?
Recommended Age: 2-3 year olds
Kind: Offline Activity
