The Plank Challenge

A fun and challenging exercise activity. On your stomach, elbows bent and forearms on the floor. Lift up on toes and balance on forearms so that the body forms a plank. Challenge each other on who can plank the longest. Try different positions and/or have the child come up with their own positions to try.
